My order is damaged! How do I get a replacement?

If your order arrives in damaged packaging which results in damaged book(s) and/or product(s), please contact us at support@passporter.com so we can help you! 

Please note: Media Mail is subject to regular inspection by the post office, and we have been receiving reports that packages arrive opened with the contents out-of-order, damaged, and/or missing altogether. If you experience this, we urge you to take a photo and contact us so we can help and resolve this issue. We also recommend you choose a shipping method other than Media Mail if you want to significantly minimize the chance that your package can be opened in transit.
